Based on the direct contact by HOYA a.s. as the investor of the project, requesting the preparation of alternative project for the forced ventilation and air-conditioning of the planned site, our company had an opportunity to partake in the development of this logistic and administrative center with a total area of 20000 square meters, initially operated by Ahold chain.
