RONAL W15 manufacturing site – New building of painting shop SO 17

In connection with the implementation of project of extension of the existing manufacturing capacities of the production site of one of the leading manufacturers of light alloy cast wheels for passenger cars located in Jičín, our company got an opportunity to assure the supply of air-handling system. In this connection we also prepared all levels of the project documentation for this profession.

Administrative building of Raaltrans a.s.

At first our company drafted project documentation for air-handling system and then it was entrusted with its implementation in the newly developed administrative building of one of the leading European providers of traffic information in the field of goods logistics and forwarding.

CAR WHEELS MANUFACTURING PLANT – W15 – newly built paint shop

The project was aimed at air-handling and air-conditioning systems in the Ronal W15 manufacturing plant in Jíčín. The final solution includes air-handling units for ventilation, cooling and heating of manufacturing premises, cloakroom premises, warehouse premises, workshops, offices and meeting room.

Greenhouse logistic center development

Based on the direct contact by HOYA a.s. as the investor of the project, requesting the preparation of alternative project for the forced ventilation and air-conditioning of the planned site, our company had an opportunity to partake in the development of this logistic and administrative center with a total area of 20000 square meters, initially operated by Ahold chain.

Residential complex KOTI – Hyacint, Phase II

During 2015 and 2016, for the developer Průmstav, a.s., also a member of Vinci Group, we took care of the air-handling profession for the second phase of the development of the residential complex at Modřany, Prague, comprising of three objects (A, B and C) and shared underground garage. The complex offers 165 residential units and 8 commercial units on the basement floor of object A, as well as 173 parking places.

Reconstruction of the Gallery of Modern Art

Within the reconstruction of the historically protected building situated in Large Square in the very centre of Hradec Králové, our company provided supplies and all the works associated with forced ventilation and air-conditioning of the relevant premises. The unique design of the ventilation of gallery (see photo) is considered as the dominant of the exhibition premises. The purpose of the graphical design was to merge the installation into the gallery space including the items exhibited.
