Following the acquisition of INT by the VINCI ENERGIES CZ (see press release dated 19.3.2025, VINCI Energies acquires INTECHNOLOGY | VINCI Energies Czech Republic) KASTT, spol. s r.o. is now merging with INDOOR GROUP s.r.o. due to the simplification of the ownership structure and the long-term reduction of the administrative burden.
